By booking with Shobha Travels, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Booking & Payments
- A minimum advance payment is required (as per Product or Service) to confirm any booking.
- The balance payment must be cleared before the journey begins.
- Payment can be made via bank transfer, UPI, credit/debit cards, or cash.
- Prices are subject to availability and seasonal fluctuations.
2. Cancellation & Refund Policy
- Cancellation charges apply based on the time of cancellation:
- 30 days before departure: Charges as per product.
- 15-29 days before departure: Charges as per product.
- 7-14 days before departure: Charges as per product.
- Less than 7 days: No refund
- No refunds will be provided for unused services, last-minute cancellations, or no-shows.
- Helicopter bookings are non-refundable as per airline policies.
3. Travel & Accommodation
- The vehicle provided will be as per the itinerary and booking confirmation.
- In hilly areas, vehicle movement is permitted only from 5:00 AM to 8:00 PM as per Uttarakhand government rules.
- Hotel check-in and check-out times follow standard hotel policies.
- Any additional services such as room upgrades or extra meals will be chargeable.
4. Passenger Responsibility
- All passengers must carry valid ID proof (Aadhaar, Passport, Voter ID, etc.).
- We are not responsible for delays due to weather, strikes, traffic, or government restrictions.
- Passengers are responsible for their personal belongings during the trip.
5. Special Notes for Char Dham Yatra
- Helicopter tickets, palki/pony services, and local cabs (e.g., Sonprayag to Gaurikund) are not included in our standard package.
- In case of bad weather or natural calamities, itinerary changes may occur. No refunds will be provided for changes due to such circumstances.
- During peak season, hotel and transport availability may vary, and alternate arrangements will be made if required.
6. Liability & Disclaimer
- Shobha Travels is not responsible for any injuries, accidents, health issues, or loss of property during the trip.
- All bookings are subject to government regulations and permits.
- Any disputes shall be subject to Dehradun jurisdiction.
